Complaints
In the case of the purchase of damaged goods, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and our company will cover all costs associated with it or the buyer may demand a reduction in the price of goods or exchange for the same full-value goods. Contact us to file a complaint.
LILILO store undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days from the receipt of the shipment.
Returns
We accept returns and exchanges of products ordered in our store. The consumer has the right to return the good within 14 days from the date of purchase. The return will be settled in the same form as the purchase was made within 14 days from the date of receiving the return shipment. Items from the sale are not refundable.
